hello! i've been away for a while, went to visit my dad in croatia. it was wonderful and i miss it 
already.. wish i could stay for a whole month!

found some very pretty and interesting books at the flea market on sunday! i love the illustrations in 
the children's books at the top.. the london and capri tourist information booklets are great fun to
look through.

i recently read the book brooklyn by colm tóibín; the story really moved and inspired me.
