some pics from my visit to the marimekko factory in helsinki. it was a great experience to see the whole
procedure of the making of the fabric - from the first sketches and designs to the printing process.

saw the david shrigley exhibition 'brain activity' at the hayward gallery, really enjoyed it..

it was a friend's birthday yesterday so we gave her this card made by illustrator gemma correll. i always enjoy 
visiting gemma's blog to see her quirky drawings of cats and pugs. below is a pic of my friend karin's cute
business card - she's another talented illustrator who has a fun blog worth a visit. 
pic 3 and 4 show a chocolate/marshmallow sweet that you can get in finland - i love the wrapping!
